We are interested in professionals with experience across global health programs and consulting with strong competence in articulating theories of change and compelling cases for support,building partnerships and bridging the donor interests and health impact areas.  , Strategic Engagement professionals work closely with WHO teams, partners and donors to identify and develop fundable opportunities, assess emerging priorities, conduct strategic and technical analysis, and translate complex programmes into compelling concepts, proposals and donor-facing materials.

The role also involves building and cultivating relationships with WHO leadership, technical teams, influencers, donors and partners, supporting donor strategies and conversations, and contributing to funding proposals, stewardship, monitoring and reporting.

We are particularly interested in people who bring strong global health networks, experience developing high-impact programmes and partnerships, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate with autonomy, flexibility and diplomacy in a complex, evolving environment.
